this is what i hear all. day. every. day.
my little guy loves the park.
it's his favorite place.
it's his getaway.
for me, it's a hot bath in a quiet house.
for him
it's slides, baseball fields, wood chips and lots of room to run!

becuase makai loves the park.
momma loves it too.
i love watching his face light up the moment he realizes where we are going.
it's like he is seeing it for the first time, even though we were here the day before.
i love watching him laugh, run and conquer new things.
he's happy here.
making wood chip stew, pushing him high on the swings,
sitting on the other end of the teeter totter, climbing through the jungle gym
and running the bases at the field.
that's what this momma loves to,
because it makes him happy!
