today has been cold and rainy, a whopping 50 degrees. hard to believe we were running through the sprinkler just the other day...so we headed to target and bought some paint in an effort to compete with water balloon throwing, sprinkler running fun. this was makai's first time painting and within minutes of painting, the paint brush was laid to the side and makai was all " paint with my finger, mama". these projects are fun but i always wish they lasted a little longer. hopefully we will be back outside with the sun and the trees soon!
