we forgot about the boogers and had a little fun

I always swore I would never let my little play in the mall play place. You know, the place that is covered in baby drool, boogers and who knows what else! Well, yesterday Makai and I just so happened to walk by as they were vacuuming and sanitizing every toy in the place, making sure they were booger free.

I thought about letting him play as we roamed our way through another store.

and I gave in....

I have never seen Makai have so much fun!! He thought it was the greatest thing ever. He never stopped smiling and jabbered non stop. I followed him around as he played, making sure he didn't get hurt, but to my surprise he didn't really need me :( My little 14 month old boy was keeping up with the big kids, he is growing up. I think, for the first time, I experienced a sense of happiness that came from seeing my child soo happy and I liked it....a lot!
